What’s better than tasting some local cuisine in another country?!? 🌴🌞🌎🍝 This was the first place we ate at when we got to Barbados.
It’s a popular spot along the east coast of Barbados. It’s a very casual setting and is know for it’a local taste!
I had an amazing meal consisting of rice and peas with grilled swordfish and potato salad. I felt as though I was in Trinidad having a nice Sunday lunch.
The wait was a bit long but I guess you can expect that when you’re at a popular food spot. It was certainly worth the wait however.
Portion size was perfect and the homemade pepper sauce I tried with it was just divine!
Food is where the heart is and the kitchen is my playground. Cooking is my passion but I also enjoy dining at restaurants and exploring various food places seeking new food experiences with my favorite side kick... my hubby.
