SRIRACHA SHRIMP with MUSHROOMS AND CASSAVA (RECREATING RESTAURANT MEALS EP: 02)

Recreating Restaurant Meals can be so much fun! Today I’m going to share how easy it is to make a delightful sriracha shrimp with cassava and sautéed mushrooms. My friend had this meal sometime back and I thought it looked amazing… and too good not to try!

INREDIENTS:

CASSAVA

  •  1lb cassava, cut into smallpieces
  • 2 tbsp maragarine
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 1/2 tsp JGM PRODUCTS MSG free all purpose seasoning
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

MUSHROOMS

  • 2 cups button or portobello mushrooms, cut into small pieces
  • 2 medium Onions, sliced 
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 sprigs Thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh Parsley

SHRIMP

  • 1/2 lb shrimp, cleaned and deveined
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp JGM PRODUCTS Cajun seasoning 
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (can be adjusted)
  • 1 1/2tbsp Avaocado oil
