Recreating Restaurant Meals can be so much fun! Today I’m going to share how easy it is to make a delightful sriracha shrimp with cassava and sautéed mushrooms. My friend had this meal sometime back and I thought it looked amazing… and too good not to try!
INREDIENTS:
CASSAVA
- 1lb cassava, cut into smallpieces
- 2 tbsp maragarine
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 1/2 tsp JGM PRODUCTS MSG free all purpose seasoning
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
MUSHROOMS
- 2 cups button or portobello mushrooms, cut into small pieces
- 2 medium Onions, sliced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 sprigs Thyme
- 1 tsp fresh Parsley
SHRIMP
- 1/2 lb shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp chopped Onion
- 2 tbsp chopped bell pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp JGM PRODUCTS Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Salt (can be adjusted)
- 1 1/2tbsp Avaocado oil
