• 2 medium cucumbers (diced)
  • 1 chopped small pimento
  • 6 leaves chopped chadon beni (culantro)
  • 3 cloves grated garlic
  • 2 tbsp diced red onion
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped hot pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp JGM Products Black Pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
  2. Refrigerate until ready for use
