Corned Beef is a staple in many Caribbean kitchens. It’s the perfect ‘go to’ meal! Adding cabbage to the corned beef is the ultimate classic way to enjoy corned beef!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tin corned beef
- 1/2 lb cabbage, shredded
- 1 small onion, sliced
- hot pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 pimento, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp chadon beni, chopped
- 2-3 sprigs thyme
- 1 1/2 tbsp avocado oil (any oil or your choice)
