  • 1 tin corned beef
  • 1/2 lb cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • hot pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 pimento, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chadon beni, chopped
  • 2-3 sprigs thyme
  • 1 1/2 tbsp avocado oil (any oil or your choice)
