Cabbage is an amazing vegetarian breakfast option that I love having with roti! It’s so easy to make and I know you will enjoy it!


  • 1 lb shredded cabbage
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • hot pepper (optional)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste
