INGREDIENTS:
- TO SEASON BEEF:
- 1/2 lb beef, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp JGM PRODUCTS black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
VEGETABLES:
- 1-2 cups broccoli
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1 pimento, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
SAUCE:
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- Chinese seasoning to taste (contains salt)
METHOD:
- Season beef and set aside.
- Blanch carrots and broccoli and set aside.
- To a wok or pan, add olive oil followed by the garlic and pimentos.
- Add sesame oil and oyster sauce. Add beef, vegetables, corn starch and chinese seasoning. Mix well.
