Who doesn’t love meat with mac and cheese!!! Adding some ground beef to our traditional Trini macaroni pie is the perfect comfort dish!!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 150g large elbows
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese ( 1/2 cup for top of pie)
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup minced beef (or any other minced meat)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion
- 2 pimento
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tsp JGM Products all purpose seasoning
- 1/2 tsp JGM Products garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp JGM Products paprika
- 1/2 tsp JGM Products ground chilies (can be adjusted)
