INGREDIENTS:
- 1lb beef cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cups bell peppers (cut into chunks)
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli
- 1 cup chopped red onions
- 4 cloves grated garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp sriracha sauce
- 3 tsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp JGM ginger powder
- 1 tbsp JGM Products complete seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
METHOD:
- Combine soy sauce, corn starch, worcestershire sauce, water and ginger.
- Add beef to mixture.
- Marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Add 1tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil to pot on medium heat.
- Add beef strips and marinade once oil is very hot.
- Cook beef until soft (depending on the cut it can take a while. Add water if necessary until meat is soft).
- Remove beef and sauce from pot.
- Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp vegetable oil to pot.
- Saute grated garlic and broccoli.
- Add onions and peppers.
- Cook for 2 mins.
- Add cooked beef and sauce.
- Add complete seasoning.
- Cook for a further 5 mins
- Add sriracha and ensure meat and veggies are evenly coated with sauce.
