• 1lb beef cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cups bell peppers (cut into chunks)
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped red onions
  • 4 cloves grated garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 3 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp JGM ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp JGM Products complete seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water


  1. Combine soy sauce, corn starch, worcestershire sauce, water and ginger.
  2. Add beef to mixture.
  3. Marinate for 1-2 hours.
  4. Add 1tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil to pot on medium heat.
  5. Add beef strips and marinade once oil is very hot.
  6. Cook beef until soft (depending on the cut it can take a while. Add water if necessary until meat is soft).
  7. Remove beef and sauce from pot.
  8. Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp vegetable oil to pot.
  9. Saute grated garlic and broccoli.
  10. Add onions and peppers.
  11. Cook for 2 mins.
  12. Add cooked beef and sauce.
  13. Add complete seasoning.
  14. Cook for a further 5 mins
  15. Add sriracha and ensure meat and veggies are evenly coated with sauce.
  16. TIME TO EAT! 🙂
