Easter weekend is usually a long weekend that calls for some good food adventures out of the kitchen….so that is exactly what hubby and I did! ๐One of the spots we decided to visit was none other than Green Market located in Santa Cruz in Trinidad on Saturday morning.
This is foodie heaven! There was fresh produce available for purchase, meals ready to eat, locally made sweets and not to mention the beautiful ambiance which was perfect for having some breakfast.
One of the food spots that caught our attention was Seaver Street Eats! Their specialty is crepes! ๐
My choice was the fisherman’s feast. This absolutely delicious dish consisted of a freshly made crepe with grilled shrimp and fish on the inside and topped with scallops!… and scallops are one of my favorite by the way!๐๐น๐น
The prep time for this was 10mins which was not bad at all as you were able to either stroll through the market or observe the fine preparation of crepe right in front of you.ย The cost was $50TT and I was absolutely full after eating it.
I thoroughly enjoyed this meal. In addition to this, there were lots of other choices…one in particular caught my eye…crab and callaloo….so I will definitely have to visit another day to try more of their amazing sound crepe combos!
It’s surely a food spot you need to try at Green Market in Santa Cruz, Trinidad!
