Bisque is a cream based soup of French origin and is made with shrimp, lobster or crab. It’s packed with flavor and so easy to make!
SERVINGS: 1-2
INGREDIENTS:
- 7 large shrimp, cleaned, deveined and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup cooking cream
- 1 cup water or seafood stock
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp roasted geera/cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp all purpose seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- Hot pepper (optional)
- 2 tbsp chives, thinly chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley, thinly chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
