SHRIMP BISQUE

Bisque is a cream based soup of French origin and is made with shrimp, lobster or  crab. It’s packed with flavor and so easy to make!

SERVINGS: 1-2

INGREDIENTS:

  • 7 large shrimp, cleaned, deveined and cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup cooking cream
  • 1 cup water or seafood stock
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour 
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp roasted geera/cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp all purpose seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 small onion 
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • Hot pepper (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chives, thinly chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley, thinly chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
