Recreating Restaurants Meals – Ep. 01: Jerk Alfredo Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g fettuccine 
  • 1 cup cooking cream
  • 1/2 cup evaporarted milk
  • 1/4 tsp JGM Products jerk seasoning (dried mix)
  • 2 medium boneless and skinless chicken breasts, 1 cut into tenders and the other cut into chunks
  • 1 1/2 tbsp jerk seasoning (wet)
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pimento, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
