Wonton soup is a favorite of mine!….It’s a must have and a must try!!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 dozen frozen wontons
- 1 cup stock (chicken/beef/veggie)
- 2 – 2 1/2 cups water (can be adjusted)
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- carrots
- mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 pimento, thinly sliced
- ginger
- spinach leaves
- 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce (can be adjusted or added after)
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- coconut oil for cooking
- 1 tsp JGM Products Chinese seasoning
