INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 4 cloves grated garlic
- 1 chopped pimento
- 11/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp peanut oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp golden ray butter
- 2 tbsp JGM Products fried rice seasoning
- 1 tsp JGM Products cayenne pepper
- 1 cup chopped sweet peppers
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
METHOD:
- Heat oil in pot over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic and pimento.
- Reduce heat.
- Add carrots and sweet peppers.
- Stir fry for 2 mins.
- Add sesame oil, peanut oil and golden ray butter.
- Mix well. Cook for 1 min.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, cayenne pepper and fried rice seasoning.
- Cook for 1 min.
- Mix well until even color is achieved.
- TIME TO EAT! 😀
I can never seem to get rice right. I will give this a whirl!
