FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 cloves grated garlic
  • 1 chopped pimento
  • 11/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp golden ray butter
  • 2 tbsp JGM Products fried rice seasoning
  • 1 tsp JGM Products cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup chopped sweet peppers
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil in pot over medium heat.
  2. SautΓ© garlic and pimento.
  3. Reduce heat.
  4. Add carrots and sweet peppers.
  5. Stir fry for 2 mins.
  6. Add sesame oil, peanut oil and golden ray butter.
  7. Mix well. Cook for 1 min.
  8. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, cayenne pepper and fried rice seasoning.
  9. Cook for 1 min.
  10. Mix well until even color is achieved.
  11. TIME TO EAT! πŸ˜€
