Wasn’t sure what to have for dinner tonight…pulled a pack of ramen noodles from the pantry, chicken from the freezer and some veggies (mushrooms, carrots, spinach etc) and sauces (soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sriracha)…. finished product…I’m not sure what to call it lol … any suggestions??? Or maybe just chicken and veggies ramen noodle soup… lol
HERE IS THE RECIPE…
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack ramen noodles
- 1/2 lb chicken strips
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1 small sliced onion
- 1 chopped pimento
- 3 cloves grated garlic
- 3 leaves chadon beni
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp JGM Products complete seasoning
METHOD:
- Season chicken with chadon beni, garlic, pimentos and complete seasoning.
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
- Add seasoned chicken and onions.
- Cook for 1 min.
- Add chopped mushrooms and carrots followed by sesame oil, sriracha sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix well.
- Cook for 1 min.
- Add water followed by ramen noodles.
- Cover pot and cook for roughly 8 minutes or until noodles are properly cooked. Add water if necessary.
- TIME TO EAT!
