INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tin of chick peas (drained) – approx 16oz
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped red onions
- 1 – 1 1/2 tbsp JGM Products parsley
- 1/4 tsp JGM Products black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate until ready for use.
