INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 lb chicken strips
- 4 oz uncooked spaghetti
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 4 cups water
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves grated garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped pimento
- 1 small sliced onion
- 3 cups chopped kale
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chopped chive
- 1/2 tsp JGM Products black pepper
- 1 tsp JGM Products basil (dry)
METHOD:
- Combine water, tomato paste, ketchup and sriracha sauce. Set aside.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic, pimento and onions.
- Add chicken strips.
- Cook for 1 min.
- Add sauce (prepared in step 1)
- Add spaghetti, basil, black pepper and salt. Stir.
- Cook for 8-10 mins covered or until pasta is cooked. Stir occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking (add water if necessary).
- Add chopped kale, 1 1/2 tbsp chive and Parmesan cheese when the pasta is almost finished cooking.
- Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Reduce heat and cook for 1 min uncovered.
- Garnish with the remaining chive.
