Here’s a quick and healthy dinner idea for you!

– 2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless (cut into strips)
– 1/2 tsp JGM Products all purpose seasoning
– 1/4 tsp JGM Products paprika
– 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
– 3 tsp olive oil
– avocado, cut into small cubes ( roughly 1 1/2 cups or as much or less as you like)
– 1/4 cup corn
– 1/2 lime, juice of
– 2 tbsp chives
– 3 cloves garlic, grated
– 1 1/2 tbsp chopped cilantro
– 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional or can be adjusted)
– salt and black pepper to taste
