Salmon cakes/patties are quite the treat! Enjoy them as an appetizer with a dipping sauce or even as a salmon burger! It’s so easy to make and not to mention, packed with flavor!


  • 1 14oz can salmon
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp JGM PRODUCTS Cayenne Pepper (can be adjusted)
  • 1/2 tsp JGM PRODUCTS Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp JGM PRODUCTS Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Fresh cilantro (2-3 tbsp)
  • Chive (as much as you like)
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 lime, juice of (or as much as you like)
