  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp JGM Products basil
  • 1 tsp JGM Products whole oregano
  • 1/2 tsp JGM Products white pepper

METHOD:

  1. Cook lasagna sheets until half way cooked. Set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and add onions and garlic. Cook until tender.
  3. Add minced chicken, spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, sweet peppers, cayenne, herbs and all purpose seasoning. Cook on low-medium heat until chicken is properly cooked through. Set aside.
  4. For the white sauce, melt butter in a pan on low heat. Add the flour and milk and whisk until the sauce thickens. Add herbs and white pepper with a pinch of salt.

  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 mins or until crust is nice melted and brown.

Please note: The baking dish I used for this recipe measured 8 x 5 1/2 inches so adjust the recipe accordingly if you are using a larger dish.
