Salmon cakes/patties are quite the treat! Enjoy them as an appetizer with a dipping sauce or even as a salmon burger! It’s so easy to make and not to mention, packed with flavor!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 14oz can salmon
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp JGM PRODUCTS Cayenne Pepper (can be adjusted)
- 1/2 tsp JGM PRODUCTS Paprika
- 1/4 tsp JGM PRODUCTS Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- Fresh cilantro (2-3 tbsp)
- Chive (as much as you like)
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 lime, juice of (or as much as you like)
